We are a specialist company offering IT service management based consultancy including assessments, audits, process re-engineering and implementation undertakings.  We also offer classroom-based and virtual high quality training in all ITIL® 2011 courses and all ITIL® 4 courses  Additionally we offer DevOps, PRINCE 2®, COBIT 2019 and COBIT 5, ISO/IEC 20000 (2018), Lean SixSigma and VeriSM training.

We pride ourselves on quality delivery at competitive prices.  We only use very experienced trainers and consultants.  We have been delivering ITSM consultancy and ITIL training for over 25 years.  The Somerset-ITSM team include ITIL® authors, a life-time achievement winner and trainer of the year winner.

We are based in the UK but we deliver globally with assignments undertaken in numerous countries in all continents.

Complaints process

We are dedicated to providing excellence in service to all delegates who attend our training courses.  We are confident that the service we deliver will match your expectations.

However, if anything does not meet your expectations please submit your complaint to: complaints@somerset-itsm.com
This can cover any aspect of your education journey from booking through to delivery of the course.

Whenever possible complaints will be followed up by telephone within 48 hours. 

Once an investigation has been completed, we will contact you to report back on our findings and, where appropriate, the actions we have taken.
 

Appealing exam results

Appeals regarding exam results should be addressed to the same email address where the issue will be discussed with the examining body.

Privacy Policy

Somerset CC Ltd is committed to protecting your information.  In that regard and to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide you with the following notice of the procedures we follow.

If you are a training participant, your employer (or other third party paying for training) supplies us with your business contact information: Name, email address, physical address and phone number. Some employers also provide additional identifying information such as an employee ID number. We do not ask for nor do we process sensitive personal information.

If you are purchasing training for yourself or interacting with our Services without being a training participant, we collect the contact information you provide.

We will also generate information about your use of the services, including creating a record of your training.

We do not consider personal information to include information that has been anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific natural person, whether in combination with other information or otherwise. 

When information is collected:

We collect information when you register for and use the Services.

We also collect information when orders are placed from the party making the order. This information is typically provided by an employer, but may be provided directly by you or another third party purchasing services on your behalf.
