ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge

  • ITIL® has evolved beyond IT service management into a best-practice framework for digital product and service management.

  • The ITIL® version 5 Foundation Bridge training course focuses on the key enhancements introduced in ITIL® Version 5 and your ability to apply them in modern digital environments. 

 

Purpose

  • This course provides a fast, focused route for ITIL® 4 certification holders to upgrade to ITIL® Foundation (Version 5), concentrating only on the updates introduced in ITIL® Foundation (Version 5). The purpose of the Foundation Bridge course and qualification is to introduce students to the essential concepts of ITIL® 5. The course will also prepare students to take the ITIL® (version 5) Foundation Bridge Certificate.

Format

This is an instructor-led 1-day classroom or virtual course. The official examination is a 30-minute closed-book, multiple-choice examination comprising 20 questions. The pass score is 65% (13 out of 20).

Intended Audience

The target group of the ITIL® Foundation Bridge Certificate in IT Service Management is:

 

  • Anyone wishing to upgrade their ITIL V4 knowledge. 

  • Existing ITIL® qualification holders wishing to update their knowledge. 

Prerequisites

This course is for those people holding any ITIL V4 qualification.
